At The Minati, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Must be returned in its original packaging

Please note that used, damaged, or customized items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

  • Personal care or hygiene-related items

  • Final sale or clearance products

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

  2. Contact your card provider – refunds may take time to reflect

  3. Contact your bank – there may be a processing delay

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@theminati.com and send the item to:

If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit after return approval. Otherwise, refunds go to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, the return shipping fee may be deducted.
